P R I V A C Y P O L I C Y
I. DEFINITIONS
The terms and phrases used in this Privacy Policy have the meanings indicated below:
- “Website” – a website functioning on the Internet under the domain https://atolgdansk.pl/ together with a set of all services available on the Website, enabling Users to use the offered functionalities of the Website.
- “Controller” – Waryński Atol Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Sp. k. with its registered office in (01-248) Warsaw, at ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, entered in the Register of Businesses of the National Court Register, maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000784128, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 5272891820.
- “User” – every person visiting the Website.
- “GDPR” – means Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
II. INTRODUCTION
This document (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform Website Users about what kind of data, in particular personal data, are collected about them and how they will be used. This document contains information to indicate to the Users the scope and manner of data collection in connection with the functioning of the Website on the Internet, the offered functionalities of the Website, as well as to inform the Users about the manner of data storage, protection and use.
The owner of the Website and the controller of Website Users’ data is the Controller described in item 2 of the Definitions of this Privacy Policy.
The Controller ensures that the User visiting the Website remains anonymous until he/she voluntarily provides his/her data to the Controller using the “Leave your contact details” form (section III of the Policy).
The Controller takes particular care to protect the interests of the data subjects and ensures that the data are:

- processed in a lawful, reliable and transparent manner;
- collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner contrary to those purposes;
- adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
- correct and, where necessary, updated; we take steps to ensure that personal data which are incorrect in the light of the purposes of their processing are erased or rectified immediately;
- kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes;
- processed in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and accidental loss or destruction.
In his/her own interest, the User should carefully review the presented Privacy Policy and in case of lack of acceptance of the presented Privacy Policy, the User should not visit the Website or provide the Controller with any data about him/her through the Website.
III. TYPE OF DATA TO BE COLLECTED
All Internet users have access to the Website, but in order to use the resources of the Website it is necessary to have a system that allows the use of Internet resources and a web browser that allows the display of web pages.
The primary objective of the Website is to present investments under the Atol brand.
The Website does not collect personal data of the Users, except for the data which:

- are provided by the User in the “Leave your contact details” form voluntarily and independently;
- are deposited in IT systems when the User watches (visits) the Website – these are only ordinary system logs and information that the browser sends out when introducing itself, i.e. data concerning a given User’s visit to the Website (IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc.). Data in statistical systems (Google Analytics) are collected in an anonymous manner.
If the User uses the “Leave your contact details” form, the personal data provided by the User will be used in accordance with the purpose of making them available – for the purposes of contact, and they will be processed in accordance with the Information provided under the link: https://atolgdansk.pl/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/klauzula_informacyjna_atol.pdf.
IV. COOKIES
For technical reasons, in order to improve the use of the Website, in particular by adapting the Website to the individual needs of Users, some areas of the Website may use cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the internet user’s computer identifying it in a manner necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the User’s computer and his/her data.
The following types of cookies may be used on the Website:

- “session cookies” – temporary files that are stored on the User’s terminal equipment until he/she logs out, exits the web page or turns off the software (web browser);
- “persistent cookies” – “persistent” cookie files are stored on the User’s terminal for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are removed by the User;
- “necessary” cookie files, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookie files used for services requiring authentication within the Website;
- cookie files used to ensure security, e.g. used for detecting authentication abuse within the Website;
- “performance” cookie files, enabling the collection of information on how to use the web pages of the Website;
- “functional” cookie files, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalising the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes from, font size, appearance of the web page, etc.;
- “advertising” cookie files, enabling the provision of Users with advertising content more suited to their interests.
In a number of cases the software used to browse the web pages (web browser) by default allows to store cookie files in the User’s terminal equipment. Website Users can change their cookie file settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their placement in the device of the Website User. Detailed information about the possibilities and manners of handling cookies is available in the settings of the software (web browser).
V. MANNERS OF USING THE COLLECTED DATA
The data collected automatically can be used to analyse the behaviour of the Users on the Website, collect demographic data about the Users or to personalise the content of the Website.
The purposes for which Cookies are used are as follows:

- adjusting the content of the Website in a way that is adequate to the preferences of the User and optimising the use of the Website, in particular recognising the User’s device and its location and displaying the Website adjusted to individual needs of the User;
- providing the User with advertising content;
- carrying out analyses, research and audience audits by creating anonymous statistics which help understand how Users use the Website (in order to improve its structure and content);
- ensuring the safety and, to the greatest possible extent, reliability of the Website;
- collecting general and anonymous static data through analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
The collected information may also be used to make it available to authorised bodies, in particular the judicial authorities, in case of a justified suspicion of committing a crime on the Website by the User, as well as at the request of authorised bodies in accordance with the current legal status. The data will be stored only for the period necessary for their processing.
VI. DATA TRANSFER
The Controller transfers data when it is necessary due to legal regulations (at the request of authorised state authorities) and when a third party, at the Controller’s request, provides services related to the functioning of the Website on the Internet. In the case described in the preceding sentence, the scope of the data provided is limited to the data necessary for the performance of the service, and the entities whose services we use are thoroughly checked in advance and selected in such a way as to guarantee data protection; we also conclude appropriate agreements with them.
The Controller informs that the data will not be transferred outside the EEA or made available to international organisations, and the possible sharing of the data with third parties may take place only if such a right or obligation results from generally applicable regulations (as in the first sentence).
VII. USERS RIGHTS
The Controller informs that any person whose data are being processed by the Controller has the right to:

- access the data, in particular the information whether the Controller is processing his/her personal data;
- rectify the data;
- request the erasure of his/her data or the restriction of the processing;
- object to further processing;
- lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority;
- data portability.
